Map Suggestion Natural spawning fires

Natural fires do spawn when firefighters are in service. Their size depends on how early you catch them, I've had ones that were found before the automatic fire alert came happened, and they were tiny. I've had one that spread all down a cliff and took 2 firefighters down with it. Large fires do happen, just not as often as the smaller fires.

While I don't know for certain, I'd also imagine fires aren't the easiest thing for the server to place, track, synchronise. Not to mention the more fire in one place, the harder the client machine (you) has to work to render it all.

I agree firefighters should have more content and things to do, but sadly I don't think the answer is more fire.

I’ve sat on firefighter for 30-45 minutes before without seeing a single fire. I don’t think the answer is to just boost the rate at which they spawn but I 100% think they either need something else to do (and gain xp while doing) or increase the rate at which they spawn slightly.

Firefighters already have alternative activities when not fighting fires; responding to medical calls and stabilizing unconscious people to increase the odds of survival. Busy yourself with that

Additionally, fires were insanely frequent in the past, annoyingly so. In fact, once you decided to resign as the last firefighter, another fire had spawned by the time you went off duty and would spread unchecked until the next firefighter volunteered to stop the server from burning down.

The real solution is to delay the automatic fire notice until the fire is bigger, so that firefighters get a chance to fight bigger fires at a time. Chances also are, a civilian will probably report the fire more often than the auto-alarm will in most cases with this setup.

i think fires should spawn more often on highways or on usable places like the storage, that would give nice rp sits. Feel like FF dont get much chances to rp
