Why should this player be punished?: Both user/s were involved in 3 separate incidents that resulted in rule breaks.

Within the first incident the driver of the vehicle (Fredrick Williamson) was told to get out of the vehicle with his hands up but he proceeded to drive off even at gunpoint and my proximity to his stationary vehicle. 3.4 | https://streamable.com/ib1yb3

The second incident involved both of the users. In this incident both of the users fled to James Diaz's warranted property. James Diaz then called the police saying he wanted to surrender. After coming to his property and asking him to come down he responds with "I can't". Because of this the warrant is breached and a shootout occurs. One cop was killed, Fredrick Williamson was killed, and James Diaz knocked uncon, revived and arrested for 9.5. Even if we hadn't started breaching this is still a violation of 3.4, James Diaz was warranted for a double murder at WC2 because DNA was harvested and willingly returned to his owned property and called the police on himself. Not only this but they were both armed with rifles, which seems to me like they were expecting a firefight in the first place, not to mention the defenses set up on the 2nd floor (not sure when they were set up). In an F6 Fredrick Williamson said he knew his friend was 10 toes and that's why he also fired upon officers (why was he willingly going to his warranted friends property if he knew police were likely to respond?) 3.4/2.5 | https://streamable.com/qwy31b

The third incident involved Fredrick Williamson. The user went to the top of city garage and killed Shaggy Dorofeeva who was attempting to steal a G Wagon that is owned by Elijah Jones (unrelated to both Fredrick Williamson and James Diaz) which lead to his death after I ran him over and he bled out. 3.4/2.5 | https://streamable.com/t54kya

Firstly I was in the building because I had no other place to go I was also involved in that raid where jamy got a warrant for his arrest so I didn’t know if I was warranted or not.

I killed shaggy because earlier maybe 5 minutes before he tried to crowbar into my car while I was there And earlier I threaten his mate so maybe he was trying to kill me so i tried to kill him.

1-the reason i failed gunpoint was because i couldnt see the oficer from my POV and i was already int the car by the time i had realised.
2- i rang the police to surrender because i was going to but my friend was afk and i was going to give him my stuff (instead of storing it) before i went downstairs to hand myself in i litteraly just needed 30 seconds to a minuite more time and the shootout would never of happend
3- my friend came back to the shop with me as he was involved in the raid with me and i had drugs growing on the property after the raid occured
4- shaggy tried to steal my friends car earlier on and thats why he killed him

this was dealt with last night as i got teleported by an admin to resolve this

You can grow drugs anywhere except in cars, government or public buildings and shops. Others must be able to get to them without jumping or crouching, unless they are being transported. If you are growing drugs outside of an owned property, you must not kill passers-by unless they are clearly trying to steal your drugs. If you are searching public areas for drugs, you can kill someone who is holding a weapon while defending their drugs, similar to defenders in a raid.

yea which i didnt know and the admin told me all of this last night i was complety unaware of that, i wont be online till Saturday night unfortunatly, but can accept it then, and i belive it was "captain"

i could try but its not a guarantee, what sort of punishment am i even looking at here, i didn't mean any harm by anything and i got warned for my illeagal defences which was fair enough as i now know about that

I am not able to tell you beforehand what sort of punishment you are looking at; I will judge this based on the severity of your actions, which I hope will come to light when reviewing the demo's. However, I tend to show more leniency if you are honest about your actions.

I got in contact with Captain, and he told me you were never told off for growing drugs inside your city shop. You were only talked to about your base construction, for which you have received a warning.

I have already received Scxlpyz's demos, which I will use to review your POV.

I do not find this to be a valid excuse. You had ample opportunity to store your items or hand them over to Scxlpyz prior to calling 911. When planning to surrender, it is your responsibility to ensure you are prepared. By calling 911, you drew immediate police attention to a warranted property. Rule 3.4 explicitly states that taking unreasonable risks includes not being careful to avoid police attention.

Furthermore, you called 911 three times of which two failed attempts, but prior to these calls, you were setting up defenses. You received a SCAR from Scxlpyz, who also pulled out a grenade and a stun grenade. You were quite literally arming yourself before calling the police; this leads me to believe you had no intention of handing yourself in at all.

yea fair enough i didnt know you couldnt do that which im sorry for and regarding reason 4 it was his mercedes SLR red in colour
