Why should this player be punished?: Geery hutch claimed he had a bomb so kevin gun pointed him after wiche i ran after him down into metro where Declan his friend was. Declan then started shooting at cops for no reason as Geery did not have a bomb and even if he did it would stil not alow him to shot at cops.

*INVOLVED* I told him to light them up i was getting chased and had just killed 2 people at car garage and i was on the phone to Declan and told him to handle business
 
If you had killed to people the last thing for you to do is to tell cops you have a bomb and get your self chased for no reason, you should have ran away. What you are saying is you breaking 3.4 by getting in a unecesary chase after having killed to people wiche could have reluted in you gonig into jail when you could have just ran away

Ye but of the bomb but cause since you waited to make this action request till after we had a altercation in game it’s a bit hard to remember also my friend was killed in the fight so was going to check on him when ya tried gp me

What you are saying makes no sense, me making the AR the day after it happend is totaly fine and i hope you remember that cus its not that long ago. Also your friend was dying was becasue he randomly shoot at cops, and if you go to check up on it unarmed then thats also 3.4 as you enter a scene where somone have just died and shoots are being fired.
I will let the staff handel it from here as i will be going in vacation today so i cant upload any clips for five days
 
@Hutch If you had just killed someone why would you run to where there were Officers around and start claiming you had a bomb

ah ye was going back to check on a mate made a joke about reviving him first or id blow up bombs in pd ran away and didn't think they'd be chasing me for that and assumed the got DNA from the guy I knocked out and told Declan to spark him.
 




I'm satisfied that @Declan Clements was only acting on information provided to start shooting Officers.
However, @Hutch shouldn't have returned to the scene and drawn attention to themselves, starting the chase and escalating it into a shootout.

@Hutch will receive a warning for 3.4
