Why should this player be punished?: He stored his shotgun during a PD raid on his apartment for constantly shooting his shotgun into the air and pointing it at PD on the ground.

The weapon was actually never stored; it was dropped somewhere inside the apartment. Another officer managed to find and confiscate it. However, after reviewing your clip, it seems the player had no reason to start shooting through his door.

The user will be issued a warning for 3.4
3.4 - The user was spotted by an officer brandishing a weapon. When the officers walked up to the apartment, the user started shooting through the door for no valid reason.
