Why should this player be punished?: Xi-Xing Peng, as a medic, had a life alert coming off of them at stalburg tunnel. After quick investigation, I had found out through scambans that they were demoted by captain from EMS for a week. I gave clear verbal instructions for them to move onto the sidewalk after being revived, but instead they decided to, what I deemed to be on purpose, keep walking in the middle of the road. Due to this, I planned on arresting them for 6.5, though they left after being handcuffed and me requesting prisoner transport.

Shortly after this, I responded to a seperate incident of a stolen vehicle. It was a rather slow vehicle, though as they had fled from me and were driving on wrong lanes of travel I had to make sure they couldn't keep going, therefore pitting them. The user immediately jumped out while I ran to the vehicle with my battering ram to force them out, but then shot me for what was just vehicle theft, a 6 year sentence. Said user wasn't wanted either, I had previously memorized wanted suspects and they had not looked like a wanted suspect.

Xi-Xing Peng has already received a one-week blacklist for negligence while on duty as EMS. After reviewing the evidence and logs, it is clear that the user disconnected to avoid arrest.

The user will be issued a one-day ban for violating rule 3.20.
3.20 - The user disconnected to avoid his arrest.

After speaking with @rai dooley in-game regarding this incident, the user stated he killed three players earlier at Tidals. However, they failed to check whether DNA was collected or if a warrant had been issued for that incident, which occurred more than 3 hours prior. By failing to verify their status, the user escalated a 6-year jail sentence for vehicle theft into a 10-year murder violation.

The user will receive a warning for rules 2.5 and 3.4.
2.5, 3.4 - The user killed an officer based on the assumption that they were warranted. They had ample time to verify their status; instead, they unnecessarily killed an officer who was only pursuing them for vehicle theft.

@rai dooley I can see the organization you're in is higher than level 30. In the future, you can message "warrant" to the drug dealer to verify whether you are warranted or not.
