Why should this player be punished?: Multiple people seeing me with a gun in passive and deciding to gunpoint me, Hubert Diggins-Crack initially starts gunpointing me and Cornelius Rupert gives me the order to surrender, resulting in a giant shootout where all but one of them die

Cornelius Rupert has previous rather recent punishments for the same thing

lowkey just came over for boat house for the dealer, got told there was people camping there and that one was to the side of it ;-; hopped out and saw he had a gun so just got my gun out cause people camping drug dealer isn't a good sign ;-; then dude just broke gp and blown my shit smoove off

"just got my gun out" Quite the lack of detail you're missing here, you gunpointed @Sorle for what? He had a gun in hand ALWAYS if you watch the video and posed zero threat to your life, you have no authority here to even demand for him to put his hands up and in fact costed you your own life because that was not only just an incredibly stupid move of you to do but 5.1 states that "you must also not mug players who are holding weapons", obviously those were your intentions because again, why else would you gunpoint someone who had absolutely no interactions with you? Just for having a gun is not good enough.

Weren't planning to mug at all, kinda weird to say "obviously" since it wasn't even a thought, I had raised up my gun as I thought HE was going to attempt to mug US since I was told people were camping the drug dealer xP Which is most likely to mug people ;_; You had a gun aimed at you and multiple armed people surrounding you yet you decided to break gunpoint and kill me wit da quickdraw ;_; shit cray no?

You admit to raising your gun first under the speculation that @Sorle was going to mug you when he had not even pointed a gun at anyone or said any kind of command, you and Cornelius were the only ones who did this. We already had guns in our hands therefore there is no wrongdoing on our behalf so less deflecting, more accepting responsibility for your wrongdoing please.
