Why should this player be punished?: Multiple people seeing me with a gun in passive and deciding to gunpoint me, Hubert Diggins-Crack initially starts gunpointing me and Cornelius Rupert gives me the order to surrender, resulting in a giant shootout where all but one of them die

Cornelius Rupert has previous rather recent punishments for the same thing

"just got my gun out" Quite the lack of detail you're missing here, you gunpointed @Sorle for what? He had a gun in hand ALWAYS if you watch the video and posed zero threat to your life, you have no authority here to even demand for him to put his hands up and in fact costed you your own life because that was not only just an incredibly stupid move of you to do but 5.1 states that "you must also not mug players who are holding weapons", obviously those were your intentions because again, why else would you gunpoint someone who had absolutely no interactions with you? Just for having a gun is not good enough.

You admit to raising your gun first under the speculation that @Sorle was going to mug you when he had not even pointed a gun at anyone or said any kind of command, you and Cornelius were the only ones who did this. We already had guns in our hands therefore there is no wrongdoing on our behalf so less deflecting, more accepting responsibility for your wrongdoing please.

@Jordanio What was your intention of gunpointing them then if you weren't trying to mug them?

@CorneliusRupert Same with you, you seemingly should be able to see his gun yet continued to try to gunpoint him to get him to put his hands up.

5.1 Mugging​

You can mug up to 3 players per hour but you cannot mug the same player twice within that time. You must not mug someone in public places or force them out of them, you must also not mug players who are holding weapons. You cannot mug when the loss of profit is imminent and you cannot mug City Employees.

You must not use CPR to revive someone only to mug them.

You must not force someone to drop furniture, crafting materials, planter boxes, rare/seasonal items, or premium tokens during a mugging.

Honestly I was mostly just doing it out of self defense as I completely assumed they were going to try and mug me/us since I was told there were multiple people camping at the drug dealer ;_; if they had put their gun away or anything I most likely would've lowered mine, even if they just communicated then it would've been chill I think ;_; also I should mention Cornelius can't log into his forums account ;_;
