Hey my friend ze_pope has made an external ban appeal and he asked me if i could get a link to it so we could see if it's either denied or accepted

When did they post it and what is their steam name? All external appeals have to be post approved (just to allow it to post, not to approve it in the unbanned sense) so it may just be in a queue
