Why should this player be punished?: I accidentally bumped into him when i was trying to park my car and he got mad about it and bumped back at my car. Then when i left the scene he started following me and i got annoyed so i hit his car very slow. Then when i tried to leave the scene he started follow me again and when i got out of my car and delivered my package he shot me.

he kept bumping into me and calling me all kinds of names, then I drove away and parked up at regals, then he comes up andf hits my car after repeately hitting my car on purpose, then the fourth or fifth time i just crashed out, keep in mind i warned him numerous times before shhoting him, and you can see on the clip that hes comin staright from regals right after hitting me but he just cut that out of the clip

why would i go after delivery drivers bro, Thats just stupid.

I've received an explaination from @deshawn schwartz - after reviewing his demo i can tell that:

@masterbaitertoiletsolider broke the rule 3.15 by constantly driving into the escalade without a valid reason.
@deshawn schwartz broke the rule 2.5 By shooting the courier over traffic collisions when in reality he should have notified the police.

The outcome will be:

@masterbaitertoiletsolider - You will receive a warning for : 3.15 - The user constantly rammed another player's vehicle as a courier without a valid reason.

@deshawn schwartz - You will receive a ban for 24 hours for: 2.5 - The user killed a courier without a valid reason.

@deshawn schwartz in the future create an f6 and report the courier that is ramming people or breaking any other rules, rule 2.6 requires u to report rule breakers and keep roleplaying the situation. There was no need to kill him especially as the other player drove off - u chased them.
