Why were you punished?: 2.5, 4.1 - User as SS shot and killed a person without a valid reason to do so as the person was not a threat to him or the mayor
Why should this appeal be considered?: In the situation i was in there were shooters trying to kill SS and mayor and so SS neutralized the live shooters and in the clip you can hear me yelling for civilians to back away and then mcb ♛ ran in and looked at a gun on the ground and before he could pick it up i shot him to death to protect the mayor.
