Why should this player be punished?: The reason for this report is for 5.1 and 1.1 (possibly 2.5) and possible 3.2 (evidence is in demo as they was raiding flawlessly with perfect co-ordination without even having a phone at all and hardly any communication in game) ; throughout the raid the individual known as "Anne-seigmar bergmann" was constantly calling people a "retard" and also had EMS revive a downed defender for the only reason of trying to mug him, as telling him hands up after he was already down wouldn't result in anything else happening as if they wanted to use a hostage then I would of already been the perfect hostage as I was zip tied and compliant

There is also possible collusion between these GS9 members and the EMS ; partially because the EMS had arrived on scene with no prior knowledge before the raid / gun-pointing began ; followed by them later reviving the downed player 'Kennan Costello' when EMS should of been staged SUPER far away from southgate in the event of a raid for fear of their own lives

This isn't the first run in with headline and his toxicity and negativity but this is the first time I think its worth reporting as typically its in good fun IMO but this is just unjustified and really affects how the newer players of our org feels about the game and the server and the community. (linked to the 2.5)

I believe there was 100% more GS9 members involved in all of this however headline is the only GS9 member that participated in the raid where all of this took place that I know his steam name and these was no mod / admin / helper active to be able to help me identify those people in the clips

In the demo provided you can see them raiding at around 65,000 tick on said demo ; from our point there is 0 phones and 0 communication from them I would request a demo from each of the players involved from GS9

Due to GS9's influence in the server I would really appreciate it if no-one affiliated with that group would be able to take the ticket.

I like how in the second clip we get a pov of your freind breaking 3.4

This action request honestly begs for a troll and ragebaitish response such as the following:
- I don't need comms to shoot people.

As a certain someone once showed me however, giving these troll and joking answers often confuses people and gives an impression of me that's not the desired one.

To this, I will attempt to explain the situation properly:
- I will leave my entire 5 min clip of the raid to answer the Metagaming claim. Unfortunately my clip does not include the innitial situation as it only rolls back 5 minutes.

- As for the medics, I have no clue whatsoever who the medics were, and as you can see in my clip as well, one of them is almost instantaneously shot by one of my friends.

- As for calling people "retards" that was something done in character and with in character reasons, particullarly the fact your friend chose to kill himself by pulling out a gun.

- As your friend in the POV was inside the property at the time of gunpointing and died as a result of breaking 3.4, I was adamant on reviving him to continue the situation.

- The remaining members of my raiding party were not GS9 members whatsoever; most of them are either in Method or The Caretakers. I don't really understand why you're so adamant of pointing fingers towards a whole org which in this situation was quite literally represented by me myself and I.

- Lastly, to touch on this specific point:
"Due to GS9's influence in the server I would really appreciate it if no-one affiliated with that group would be able to take the ticket."

Being a likeable human being doesn't inherent bias by itself, and as seen by my ban record, staff don't treat me differently because of it. If anything, I'm held to a higher standard than most players on the server given my tenures as a staff member, position in the PD and overall time spent on the server.
