Why should this player be punished?: these people held me for a significant time in a very publically viewable area, just to debate how or if they would kill me, but ending up releasing me. This was after me being zip tied for 15 minutes in a shootout, and to me it felt like baiting for another shootout with the cops, but that might be a far stretch. Regardless, they still held me somewhere they couldnt, without a good reason

I already made an AR on this but i was not very clear that i was also reporting this.
