Why should this player be punished?: So I was getting raided and it was an absolutely massive raid, there was shooting everywhere including a dude with an AS50 shooting through the walls, and 3 grenades that went off, and this guy decides to run in and steal the AS50 off of the guy I killed and run off, I knew somebody had stolen it cause I went out and couldn't find it so I made a report since I believed some dude stole it and somebody did, an admin confirmed that some guy ran in, stole the AS50 and ran off, I know the player's details from the admin that confirmed it. (jams)

I would very much like to get that AS50 back as I won the raid and I would have gotten that.

(I don't have a clip of the dude stealing it I just knew somebody did and an admin confirmed it so I just put a clip of the fact that I knew I killed somebody with an AS50.)

Hi , there is no rule breaking here since I came by at the end when the shooting was pretty much over, and I firstly tried countering from interior regals 3. Then I went outside when there was not shooting you was in your house camping ,No police around
I did take the gun but I crashed my car with the spoken gun so I don't have it .

as you can see, i've just killed the raiders, i shot a bunch through the door some more as i thought some may still be alive, after hearing these shots and having some in fact almost HIT him! he still comes forth and picks up the gun to leave, i didn't even realise but there is actually ANOTHER who picks up ANOTHER sniper, i'm guessing that's his friend.

Both @oldpepito and @bare1212 came on scene while the shooting was ongoing, snuck into interior regals, and then when the shooting had reduced, but not stopped, moved to exterior to loot weapons. You did not counter, so by the rules, you were on the scene of a shootout while not involved.

As per rule 3.4, you cannot do this and it is even a listed example:

Staying near shootouts while unarmed or uninvolved, or only to loot weapons

@bare1212 - You will be receiving a 5 day ban for:

3.4 - Entered the scene of a shootout while uninvolved, and looted weapons

@oldpepito - You will only be receiving a 2 day ban because your recent record is significantly improved:

3.4 - Entered the scene of a shootout while uninvolved, and looted weapons
