Why should this player be punished?: Killed me for no reason, he did not give me a warning shot to leave and I didn't even know there was a shooting as I've just arrived and literally just checked what was going on.

Based on the fact that you have clearly omitted that you got blown to smithereens by an Mk 2 Frag Grenade at that exact raid you are spectating, we won't be taking this forward.

We would have preferred @Pugga to have at least fired warning shots first, but given that you yourself are breaking the rules by spectating the raid, we think it is entirely fair that neither of you are punished in this instance.
