Reason for Request: I was raided and the raiders had the requested weapons, but these two guys in the action request decided to run up the stairs in the middle of a gun fight only to try loot weapons, breaking 3.4 and hence now are both banned for it, if they had not broken 3.4, I would have gotten those weapons as I had won the raid and I went out right after they ran off with the weapons.
