Why should this player be punished?: 3.4- player baited cops during mayor attempted assassination, after shooting me outside city hall he didn't flee just stuck around to kill me again & died after.

@Declan Clements please give us your reasoning why you overstayed instead of fleeing from the crime scene.

Edit: has been given a bit more time as they're currently banned either way and I contacted them on Discord.
Edit2: Will investigate demo based on claims.

I've gone through their demo. They claimed they were jailbreaking the person inside the Police vehicle because a Officer has said to them that they were presumably going to jail for 9.5 Murder which enabled them to do a jailbreak.
This was poorly planned however due to their inventory looking like this with not a single tool to break someone out of a vehicle or hand cuffs:

After killing two Officer's the user lingered around the scene and hid themselves inside the PLN booth in the Metro where they then emerged once again just to kill more Officer's instead of running to the storage to get lockpicks/crowbars to salvage the situation. This lead to their death+max fine and sentence.

User's ban will be extended to a month for 2.5 and 3.4 as well as 2.6 for failing to report a rule break as they escaped from jail due to the help of a new player Medic opening the jail cell doors and freeing 5+ suspects.
