Police Suggestion Make the police transit slightly less shit

Suggestion Title: Make the police transit slightly less shit
Suggestion Description: Increase the speed of the police transit van slightly, say to about 60MPH from the current cap of 40, it should at least be faster than a double upgraded mini cooper. I get that it's a transport, but 60mph isn't exactly interceptor speed and would make the van something that's not effectively useless given that by the time you show up to the scene, either everyone's dead or the suspects are already in cars.

Why should this be added?:
-The police transit van is ungodly slow

What negatives could this have?:
- someone might think that it's unbalanced to have the transport van not be THAT slow?

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The police transit van is essentially unnecessary regardless due to the fact that there's very rarely enough suspects to need it, but it not being comically bad would at least feel a little better.
