Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence 1] [Evidence 2]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Creepis
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable
Your Steam Name: Goblin
Your Roleplay Name: Priti Nightfall
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:200951260
Why were you punished?: 2.1 - The user fired into a corner where a defender was hiding because they saw their gun poke through the front door for 3 frames in the given evidence.
Why should this appeal be considered?: The video clip I provided is bass boosted to help people hear the footstep as Creepis struggled to hear it prior, The spot I shot at is a common pre-fire spot when you know there is a armed person inside and they literally make a sound cue and I can tell it's infront of me and on my left or right.
Additional Information: Also to mention when Creepis made a report on me, he said this "I know, I would still like to see a POV from you to verify these claims so please understand and I do believe you that it is a common pre-fire spot as long as you know the person inside is armed.
If you don't have a clip on hand I need to request your demo.
Creepis 22:48" You can see he agrees with me that that's a common pre-fire spot especially when somebody is armed and afterwards when I gave him more of my thought process behind that situation he tells me this and closes the f6 "Same here, my unc hearing is probably just making it worse as I'm old. but when comparing it I can hear the footsteps but I just don't see how it can tell you how someone is behind the door.
Creepis 23:15" the important from that message is this part "I just don't see how it can tell you how someone is behind the door." he agreed in the start that position is common and then denied it, also to mention when I was raiding the lakeview apartment 2 I prefired behind the door and then I got countered by lakeview 1 which I did the same thing. but now it's wrong for some odd reason? Also Creepis told me why I didn't do it with the door closed but even in this clip I did it open, I do the prefiring with the door open as that's what I find the most practical/my playstyle the way I play, here's the clip from lakeview 2 raid before I got countered by lakeview 1: [Evidence 3] what im trying to prove is I didn't change my playstyle because of the gun glitching through for "3 frames" I stuck to what I always do which you can see from the Evidence 3 clip, I went off based experience which is what to pre-fire when I know somebody is armed inside and I listened for audio cues which there were.
