Why should this appeal be considered?: So, when I was first brought up on the roof, I was asked if I know why I was there, to which I responded with no, because everything else that happened before in the day was already handled. Then I was told I was apparently wallhacking, which definitely shocked me. When I asked how come and what I should do I was told that there is evidence against me, from demos which they pulled from me, when I asked to see the evidence so I can explain myself, I was told that I have the demos and I should watch them/my clips myself. So I am basically just gonna go based off of what I was told on the roof.
The first point is that I was told that my prefires are sus, when looking through the clips of that day, there weren't really many points where I was prefiring, for example here, you can see me look for the raider first before actually shooting him, this isn't a prefire and I don't know how this would be considered sus
In the clip you can see me put my gun away, but that is because we killed like 4 people in that raid, so I just went and tried to bag as many guns as I could, because most likely all of the raiders were dead, considering that we killed so many.
Furthermore this is another situation where I prefired, however here I can say that in the clip you can see his flashlight or whatever, so I knew that he was there, and I knew from what direction he would be coming, because I can see the origin of the flashlight.
Afterwards I was told, that apparently every time I get raided I apparently would know that there are no more raiders and rush outside to grab the guns, which I can see why one would say that, however in almost all cases, when I hear, let's say 2 raiders, walking or talking or whatever, and me and or my friends kill 2 or more people during the raid, then it's probably, at least for me, somewhat safe to assume that there are probably no more raiders outside, so I always rush out to grab their guns and swap them out, before police get there to confiscate them, even if I died because I would carelessly go outside, being able to save multiple rifles etc. from the dead raiders, in trade off for my most often used UMP-45 (if I died) is profit.
In the next clip, you can see me and a friend being raided, to which we respond with wallbanging the wall/door, from where the raider was trying to break in. You can see me and him, wallbang not only the door/wall, but spray around, so I don't know why my wallbangs were necessarily being called out for being sus, but I'll get back to that later. So in the clip, you can see me and a friend wallbanging, and actually successfully killing the raider through the wall, and my friend has my back, so that's why I went outside without checking, if anything happened he would still be there, and you can also see me looking around afterwards (I mean sure he told me, but I was in the front and he had my back). Plus you can see me not just carelessly going outside, I still take my gun out. And when I hear a car I run back inside.
Next up, back to the wallbanging, and I'm pretty sure this is what got me banned? Again I wasn't told exactly why so I'm just trying my best at explaining why and what I did.
In the next clip, you can see me taking cover in a room, knowing, that there are raiders to my left, through sound cues and whatnot, when I then hear a guy talking (which will obviously be whispering because who wouldn't whisper when they are on teamspeak and raiding) it is safe to assume, that there is a guy right next to me behind the wall, when I hear him talk, I shoot in the direction I heard him from, not fully emptying my mag. When hearing that sound a flashlight sound, and also a guy bandaging himself up, I shot more in a line along the wall just to be safe.
To explain why I am looking at the wall next to the open door and not at it directly, I have always done that, because for me at least, It annoys me how much the weapon and sight block your view, and in my opinion it just makes it harder to spot and react to people appearing in the doorway.
And when rewatching my clips/recordings from that day, I also spotted this, which may or may not have gotten me banned as well.
The clip above shows aim appearing to “snap.” I understand why that might look strange, but this is caused by my mouse occasionally skipping due to hardware issues. If I were actually using aimbot, that behavior would appear across clips rather than in a single incident.
I also want to point out that none of my recordings show any cheat overlays, boxes around people. I understand that suspicious gameplay alone can raise concerns, especially in a game where sound cues and wallbangs are common, but everything I did in those clips can be explained by information available in game.
Additional Information: I like this game and I would like to be unbanned, I hate having to watch my friends play it whilst I cannot because I'm banned for a false reason, me submitting this dispute after some time just shows that I took time taking this into consideration, even your guys' perspective to see why you would think I would be cheating. I admit my gameplay is careless, but if you look at it from my point of view, everything makes sense, and nothing can be considered proof of me cheating.
