Why were you punished?: 3.4 - After being raided in Industrial 3 and killing all of the raiders, the user proceeded to shoot officers, which resulted in him being shot unconscious and later arrested for an outstanding crime The user failed to claim defender to officers, claiming "they would of seen drugs". In reality, officers responding to the burglary alarm would of had no reason to search the property in the presence of a defender.
Why should this appeal be considered?: we had just got bomb raided the front gate on industrial 3 was literally blown off so The officers would have seen inside, the reason for me shooting at officer was because we literally had drugs growing on property and he claims he would not have entered the building, But when has pd never entered a building with dead bodies literally inside and when the weapons are also inside on top of that they were also finished off and the fact he says we had a burglary alarm when we in-fact didn't no alarm went off is crazy to me because its just a blatant lie we didnt have any type of alarm i have video in my demos of the door being blown off but my textures are messed up for some reason you can clearly see the doors blown off and hear the officers talking about guns and dead bodies INSIDE ultimately the officers would have ended up inside the crib cuffed me and found drugs i have done this on multiple occasions to several admin officers and they never complained or took their own report over something like this the whole argument teby has is " In reality, officers responding to the burglary alarm would of had no reason to search the property in the presence of a defender." which is believable if it was a normal house like regals where the drugs are hidden in the bathroom or the bedroom but dont even have any rooms in that property other than the backroom which is barely a room it doesnt even have a airlock/two doors its literally essentially a warehouse with nothing but space inside
