Why should this player be punished?: User, decided to act up like he is afk the entire shootout at slums here i am arriving at scene to start the raid https://streamable.com/uvj568 . As you can see he and his friend are sitting in the car with guns on their back the entire time.
Here https://streamable.com/vlcugb i was shooting cops and they were still indeed there even before i pushed out as you can see on the clip were fighting upstairs way before that and those 2 people in the orange G wagon were still there and i was confused why they are there the entire shootout. After i killed the cops on fire escape i pushed down to store my mags without clearing the interior staircase. Suddenly he woke up out of nowhere > https://streamable.com/343yf5 (Thats 12 minutes after i arrived and killed a lot of cops and went up to my car to store my mugs so i can countie the mug, so he was there "afk" for about 12 minutes and more) . Even if he was afk to return instantly and get involded into a shootout without investigating if there is any cops around for him to counter, even tho he died right after to a cop.

There were no cops at the time we countered, we watched you kill them and planned to counter once you came out then killed you while u were storing

Why did you both of you then stayed in the vehicle while waiting to counter me when there is active shootout

How would did you know there wasnt any cops in the interior staircase you didnt investigate at all

I have a gun, I can watch the shootout to counter. You came out of the interior staircase and was storing weapons so ofcourse the cops inside are dead.

The majority of the shootout was happening inside the slums building, the part where you went outside I would've drove off there if I had gas. If I tried to get out with a gun on my back I might have been shot or detained. With countering in mind, my best option was to stay in the car.

I pushed out as you can see on the top of the videos and killed cops in front of your face you coulve went away way before when the raid started but you decided to lurk around while cops were on scene

It is important to note that I only just came back from AFK once the cops had just arrived. I had no chance of instantly countering as soon as you started the raid, so instead I waited for either the scene to be clear or for cops to die.

Again you were in the area of massive shootout and onstead of leaving you stood there and watched
