Why should this player be punished?: 3.4,3.6 2.5, They were being arrested for illegal transportation and failure to co-operate, they then decided to flee, which eventually led to me getting rammed into by a grey g- wagon which led to me being killed over a minor sentence.
After all this, they went back to their warranted property, when clearly already known that they were warranted as I had tried to pull them over in a vehicle they owned (Audi R8) to stay there, and continue growing drugs which led us to raid their property, which also violated 3.6 by blocking off a lower part of their base which is not an official entrance, they also created a directed movement entrance at the back, as you can not jump over the barrier there, they placed bookshelves which assisted this near pixel peek by using the stairs.

Right holdup let me just start off, we got our guns confiscated originally after I was getting the bank code, I then went to storage to get another gun out, I didnt fancy losing another gun and I had also just started the bank raid via sending the money, so I just drove off, as I couldve of been arrested for illegal transport due to it being my 2nd offence within 3 mins. We then fled to which you was trying to pull us over, however, we needed to grab the vault drill from lelitos pub, WHICH IS DIRECTLY WHERE YOU FOUND US. So after some help from org members who shot you (this wasnt me or johnny), we had the drill and headed to bank, we started bank, which we won, all 4 of us survived, and are now WARRANTED. We return to foundry, which we havent even replanted in since before we even got into the confiscation mess, to which our drugs were at like 90%, as we were leaving to drop off money, pd raided us, THIS IS BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS WARRANTED, we killed all, dropped off money, came back, harvested, and then left the base as we couldnt even replant. As for the whole 3.6 part, I literally had @Acerius check out the entire base like an hour before, and he said there was no isssues with it at all. I didnt even shoot any cops nor did johnny until the actual bank raid lmao, dont be pinning that on us, we simply evaded so that we could get to bank lol. Such a petty AR.

You we're evading cops over a gun which esceladed to a shootout outside of courier for little to no reason. If you wished to do bank without this happening you could have just cooperated or just not broken laws. Thats it.

You had no DNA or warrants on you. This could have been easily checked before u guys doing all of these with the DD. If you had a warrant I Would have already arrested you earlier when I had you both cuffed . You would have been arrested yes but not for long enough for u to have KOS on the whole PD.

we didnt KOS though, and the time for checking by the time i had actually transported everything from tidals, it would have been like 5 mins

during the tidals raid i commited btw, i did see an EMS drive around the area, so DNA was a high chance

If the base was checked by Acer, sure, I guess.

Generally, you are not allowed to KOS cops because you are going to pick up the drill and have just sent the money.
Only when you have the drill is being placed as at tat point you are comitting a crime over 7 years, which you weren't, evading is what escalated the situation.
It is your responsibility to not attract unwanted attention, which you were failing to do so, as I had later found you at your property as you fled, and you were warranted for evading, then your friends decided to assist you, and killed me in front of courier.

All this over a minor illegal transporting offence, which could've been sorted by just saying "Sorry, forgot, I will put the gun in my trunk now"
