Why should this player be punished?: User had decided to run me over and knock me down to free his friend, who was going to jail for threats to kill, which carries a maximum sentence of 3 years imprisonment, which resulted in the user being warranted and later arrested.

You should of made an effort to investigate that reason for arrest, in addition I have prior footage which disproves this claim when this started due to your friend fleeing when a ticket was being issued for illegal parking.

I fact your friend was free to go and got himself arrested after making threats to kill. If he was wanted why would I let him go? I stated the reason for the arrest additionally had your friend simply kept his mouth shut he wouldn’t of got himself arrested it’s pretty evident you did not think he was wanted at any stage as I explicitly told him he was free to leave after his weapon was confiscated.

No but if you took him to PD you would have found out he was wanted, even if you didn't know at the exact moment, I'm not disagreeing with you with the fact he should have not said anything.

I did believe he was warranted, I was simply attempting to keep him from a 10 year 10k ticket once you had arrested him - if you remember his gun was pulled originally because he too believed he was warranted before he put it back away.

He wasn’t warranted at all, which he must’ve knew he wasn’t either he died or he was sent to prison as those are the only way a bank warrant gets removed so I’m not sure why he would’ve thought he was wanted for bank robbery when he had no warrant either through dying or being jailed.

Once again you should’ve investigated it before assuming it. The facts of the case made it pretty clear there was no suspicion he was wanted in any circumstance other than your assumption he was wanted.

I didn't know whether he died or went to prison he didn't mention anything about dying, and I only proceeded with killing after he was actually going away not for the first offense he had committed of having his gun out, if I wanted to kill for no reason I would've attempted it when he was being arrested for having his gun out, not waiting until later on.

@Ben Rahhh can you please explain why you decided to threaten a police officer for seemingly no reason, escalating the situation.

@BobbyTwo the only reason you killed the officer was because you thought your friend was warranted?

Yes, I understand I may have been mistaken but that is the only reason I killed the officer not for his actions during the police stop or anything like that - I agree my friend shouldn't have said anything after because he was being let go but I thought once he was actually being arrested I had a reason to kill the officer.
