Why should this player be punished?: As a Taxi Driver, the user deliberately drove into a crowd of people at Market Street and appeared to have fled under Gunpoint from officers after the incident took place. The user was then arrested and demoted by me but after reviewing my demo, it would appear it was more severe than I was told.

Since I was out of range I couldn't fully see it however, the other officers on-scene saw what occured and told me about it so they may have seen it more clearer than I did.

After speaking to both officers neither of them were recording at the time sadly
