Bug Report (Dispatch 'Merge Selected' tooltip is wrong)

Description of the Bug: Dispatch 'Merge Selected' tooltip is wrong

How to reproduce the Bug: The 'Merge Selected' button advises you to use Ctrl + Right Click to select multiple incidents, but it's actually done through Ctrl + Left Click as far as I have tried (for me, Ctrl + Right Click does not work here).

This might be a bug.
