Type of Bug: Lua
Description of the Bug: Barricade tool selector wheel does not work reliably to switch items or does not work at all
How to reproduce the Bug: [Update] Have spoken with others and they can confirm they are having similar issues
1. Be police officer (or roadcrew/firefighter)
2. Select a barricade (General Cone looks nice!)
3. Attempt to switch to another barricade by holding right click and hovering over the desired type
4. The barricade selected does not change
5. Fruitlessly re-equip and attempt to change mouse movement and click procedure to no avail
