Unsure how to do it with this device so you’ll need to look it up, but you can enter the device into safe mode, connect to your computer, and give your PC access to the files as trusted. You should be able to retrieve data from it.
I managed to transfer my files from my old phone to new phone but my phone was working enough to just authorize it for my pc to access it, Does your phone screen turn on at it doesn't?

You probably dont have what you need to transfer your files, try bringing it to a tech shop they should have a gadget for these type of scenarios, that would be the best thing to do in the situation you are at.
