Suggestion Title: Mayor customisation
Suggestion Description: I was thinking that the mayor should be able to put on a hat and some glasses! No change to the mayor's outfit.
Why should this be added?:
- Add a ton of personality to the mayor!
- Funny combinations!

What negatives could this have?:
- using hats to make the mayor harder to spot
What problem would this suggestion solve?: A select type of hats and glasses the ones that a mayor would use.
