Why should this player be punished?: .d311y entered slums apartment staircase where he saw a couple of my org members with there guns out, we were sitting in silence waiting on confirmation what raid target to take which we were going to start soon but up until this point no attempt into any property had been made. once he noticed my friends with there gun out he proceeded to pull out his gun and drop two of my friends, running down stairs alerting his teamates that they were pointing guns at him which led to a full on shootout in the staircase.
.d311y (Will Steel) instigated a mass rdm situation and potentialy is in violation of rule 3.4 by taking excessive action while under direct gun point.
He is also in potential violation of rule 3.20 for leaving the server minutes after the shootout happened as when the moderator responded to my f6 he had already left the server.

Hiya so me n my friends was raiding, we went into slums and all of a sudden i seen my friend get gunpointed

1. Not complying with gunpoint, the rules states you can run away from gunpoint if you are in a position you can get to cover like running into a close corner, i ran into a corner where i was completely covered got my gun and shot him as he was a danger to me n my friends lives which also falls into reasonable kill on sight.
And another thing i was given no orders under gunpoint

2. I did not whatsoever leave the game after dying i literally respawned spoke to my friends and left as i had to go to work, i left at spawn point not mid rp completely seperate life

We went to raid and they also told us they was raiding there so we also had reasonable grounds to shoot as it goes under a counter raid.

I did not instigate anything, they was pointing guns at my friends so i defended my friends
