Why should this player be punished?: so i had him at gun point because he shot my car 20-30 min prior so i track him down so i can kill him because he came to a shootout that i was in and shot my car because him friend call him on the phone i believe and i ask him if he die in looc and no yes or no so i got out of my car and gun point him and he fail at gun point.
