A lot of my focus lately has been attempting to make staff's lives a bit easier. Which is not something most users will see but it is very important. While I can't make people break rules less in many cases, I can try making it so they're able to help you easier and quicker when needed.

That said, there have been player focused things too, albeit small but important if you ask me. Like all mayoral related vehicles now have the flags on the front of the car to better show off that it is rather than just the license plate. Or water splash on cars when it is raining. Or fixing impound lot bugs and giving RC a payment when a job claims a damaged vehicle so they don't miss out constantly. Etc.
