What's fps like? Is it like over 60 most of the time?

Whatever you can currently get by using "gmod_mcore_test 1" and maybe slightly more. I can't answer what it would be for all systems.

Is it live on the server? If so, how to turn it on or is it default?

Learn to read before asking questions Hayden... However you can already use "gmod_mcore_test", but it presently turns all clothing white and some issues with cars. After this update things will display as they should.

tbh I don't really care if NPCs are screwed up in demo's/look weird, least of my worries since I access demo's so rarely.
