Fun fact about dutch criminal jurisprudence: Stealing virtual things are counted as actual theft. This has been decided in the Runescape arrest. The main motivation being that the items that were stolen took time and effort to obtain and had value in and outside of the game. Also the way how those items were stolen was illegal on its own.
