Good work! A lot of this things will become fixed with the new rules but its always good to have concrete examples. If you want to add more situation examples and say how they should act. I stuck this for you.

I dont think we will set this as a training area for SWAT but of course you can ask the mayor or the Chief for permission when its unowned. But when you do this be careful that the area is locked down so that no civilian gets hurt.

Just tell a story like "i am just walking to buy a cup of coffee and because of that i have only 10$". It doesn´t matter if they demand 5k you dont have to give them this much if you are telling a good story. When you give them money and they kill you its RDM.
