I have found a fix to the crashing problem. When you join the queue server it automaticlly installs the V3 map rather than the V4 map. ASeems like the workshop/Fast DL has not been changed.

I have got to agree with chadd. In the past we were getting max players and problem spending 20 mins - 1 hour just clicking join game to try and get in. NOw we have added a lot of restrictions such as fully whitelisting the PD and with the addition of many rules which are ruining fun.
