People should stay banned regardless if they have reformed to ensure Perp stays zero tolerance on cheating, it is a good enough deterrent for most people. Having your character reset just seems irrelevant.

Yo that was my bad, I was in the F1 menu when you opened the door and I panicked trying to close it and I just started shooting people. When I pushed in I got shot multiple times and I just kept shooting people when I saw them cause I was panicking.
