Accepted @Knoxy82 please read and understand the building rules before starting to construct bases again. You can go ahead and make a refund request. Remember to add evidence of the actual raid so we can tell that you lost your items because of the rulebreak and not something else.

Accepted Both @Mooo and @Player1 will be punished for breaking 2.5. Even if the shots were after you it would be a total overreacting to attempt to burn down their apartment and kill everyone inside without having clue to exactly who was directly involved. Please consider this in the future.
