Denied Nearly just after it broke he saw you as the only person running away. It was justified to shot you.

Don't you think the reason why he started shooting you was that he thought you were trying to run him over? Even from your POV, it looks like you were trying to cause damage to him - since there wasn't any logical reason why you would reverse back to push the vehicle behind you.

Why don't you take a screenshot of who was driving right before it happened so we know for sure who was driving the vehicle? Someone else could have taken the job between the time of the crash and from the time the picture was taken.
