Police Suggestion Handcuffs will have their badge number on it
Maybe just add a text next to the "You are handcuffed" with the officer's badge number instead of all of this -

I would like to state that shots were being fired about 5 seconds before he jumped on top of the Market Stall, it can be seen in Locksmith's evidence that I was shooting at other players at PD that were watching the shootout, then I saw him and another player jump on top of the Market Stall. -
