@Auris Yea of course but if you're under the influence you're not going to arrest someone. Cannabis is illegal in England but you're not going to go around arresting people who are stoned. Being in possession and being under the influence are 2 complete different things.

@Auris Why would you arrest someone because of what they choose to put in there body? If they are all smacked and jacked up and start walking in the road boom get them for jaywalking ect ect.
