I think more roleplay on the water and docks is good, for example Borisgate created by @Jyrgen . It's really good water roleplay, but people just think of it for scary sea monster. This would be great for roleplay opportunity's for people.

Fair point, but I think the org leader should get a chance before banning them to make a new owner, if they don't want to that's fine. My idea is only really for long bans such as permas and a months ban.
