Considering you get a taser for SS if you're PLPD taser trained, why the hell would anyone deny this? They're basically a sub division of the PLPD at this point. They also can use government radio, can access police doors, police armory, and more.

If it was a house fire you're already fucked. You have 5 minutes from ignition till it's fully engulfed. So constant checking isnt a bad thing. Plus it keeps you alert ingame to fires there as well.
