This isn’t an apology, if you think the ban is incorrect make a dispute with evidence. However logs clearly show you finished the mayor by shooting him while he was still unconscious which is murder any way you slice it.

I don't feel lowering the time requirement is necessary, if anything the argument could be made to increase it more. Dispatch is a pivotal role in the PLPD and having someone with experience behind the wheel is needed. Even by your own thinking, this is proven to be a bad idea

After further review, multiple players who were uninvolved and should not have even been there charged towards the scene of the shooting, putting their own lives at risk. Mini will be punishing all those who decided to run towards the body shortly. Reviewed with @Mini
