Why were you punished?: for "assasinnating" the mayor

Why should this appeal be considered?: i did not kill the mayor, he was killed whilst I was putting up metal detectors in front of the main doors to his office, after i got the detector in place i heard the assassinator say I'm sorry mayor i was paid to do this this, is when I turd round ad pulled out my gun to kill the ss that shot the mayor, i went to check the office but no one was there that is the i went out the front door and checked to see the mayor dying on the floor i immediately went o check if the mayor was alive he had a mild pulse so i tried to call Ems but no one was i so he died , i admit i shouldn't have shot his corpse but i didnt kill him hes was already dead, im sorry i shot his body but this is ground for black list not a ban

This isn’t an apology, if you think the ban is incorrect make a dispute with evidence. However logs clearly show you finished the mayor by shooting him while he was still unconscious which is murder any way you slice it.
