As you are banned you can't play at all. Doesn't matter if it's on your alt account or on your mates PC. So if you get caught on any account it will get permanently banned. Also if you ban evade and then try to make a Ban Apology it might get denied based on that.

You should stop chain-smoking

You need to include some type of evidence for this Dispute to be considered. For example a clip your captured or a demo recording. Also trying to mug/engage a police officer for no beneficial reason (as you can't mug government employees) is also against the rules.

Yeah, but my suggestion is not about affecting speed of TFOs as I don't have issue with the current speed. It's simply to prolong the stage between sprinting and moving very slowly. So either allow for shift-walking for longer or allow Light TFOs to regain stamina slightly faster.

Also this feature allows cops with no taser to disarm and cuff people, who simply went afk with a gun in their hands. I remember it used to put the gun away instead of dropping it, but that is not too different.
