I think everybody has already stated why this wouldn't be a good thing. We have to announce ourselves when we breach either way. So I don't see a point in having any stealthy equipment. Additionally in terms of balancing, it's pretty fair that cops have some level of loudness to them.

It's something that I would love to see, but there would have to be negatives to buying a used car. A good money sink would likely be vehicle maintenance. This would also make sure that expensive cars are expensive to maintain.

There's a good reason why that's not a thing. It would devalue cars even further, making the economy even worse. Unlike real life, there's no benefit to buying a new car on PERP if you could buy a used one. They are already the only money sink besides gambling and wasting your money on guns.

Yes, but because people refuse to buy them, they keep making complaints and getting their cars fixed through it. Because investigating whether the person was breaking rules or not is essentially almost impossible in most cases, the staff team ends up repairing it.
