3.11 Placing Drugs​

Players must not place drugs in areas that are not accessible without jumping or crouching, unless they are transporting the drugs in a timely manner. In addition, drugs may also not be placed within any public building or in Bazaar/Business shops.

I've been told in-game that this refers to dropping drugs as well, such as coca leaves, purified cocaine, marijuana leaves etc. I feel like it's clear that the first part of this rule makes it clear this is in regards to planters, as the intent is to stop people placing planters in unreachable locations.

Can someone, ideally the person/people who wrote the rule provide clarification on this? (I personally suspect i've been told this by someone who wants scamming/mugging people of their drugs during deals to be easier personally lol)

It only applies to planters. You can drop drugs anywhere you want as long as you don't do it right in front of a government employee, that would break rule 3.4.

This only applies to planters, not dropped drugs. I am not really sure what benefit dropping drug packets somewhere inaccessible would serve. This is not to say that you can drop your illegals and box them in with props if you get raided though.

Mostly to do with coca leaves and selling/buying them, really. It was cited as preventing you from dropping drugs fullstop even if they're not in planters due ot the 2nd part of the rule.
