Why didnt the experienced TFU guide the recruits instead of saying they will be demoted, the whole point is to teach them how to do the role, not threaten demotes because they don't have the experience :laughcry: :laughcry:

The basic officer test is very very easy, moving onto RTU etc it will get more difficult, however you gain most of the knowledge with experience and by reading the handbooks

Any equipped equipment, guns, weapons will automatically drop, therefore there is no need for this.

If somebody can think or find a suitable item we could replace it with I am all ears, however nothing in this thread is really great so far.

The downvotes and responses speak for themselves. It takes 2 mins to navigate to the bans at the top of the forums to gather your information and paste into the form, if a player doesn't know we have a shoutbox, help section on forums, discord and in game they can simply ask.
