Perpheads utilizes an automatic demo recording feature. So whenever you join the server it starts recording a demo. You can find these in your demos folder in GMod, Blackdown just wanted you to upload the entire file to Mega so they could look through it.

I’ve been Command for roughly a month now, hasn’t been any excuse for my activity to drop i still manage to accumulate at a minimum 40 hours.

But that only happens at max once a month. Command work isn’t something that requires countless hours of dedication outside of the live server. And a decent chunk can be done when you are on duty.

Brief description of idea: Require any officer ranking from Lieutenant - Deputy Chief accumulate a minimum of 10 hours on duty in a given month (unless an LOA is granted.) On top of this I personally believe Command members should not be able to take LOA’s above 1 month without their position...
