Proper actions was not taken in this situation. He was not under gunpoint. No one took his phone, therfor not violating 3.4

@Thorgal can you please add more context to this, and the kidnapping? Were you armed? Was there any /me's of you gunpointing him while being inside of the vehicle? Did you do any /me's of locking the vehicle doors etc. @Vikevix can you please give me you POV.

A dispute is if your ban is invalid. An apology if you want to apologize for breaking them. Feels more like an apology because of Then a dispute is not the way to go. A staff complaint will do it.

You also need to provide evidence for a dispute to be considered.
